Steve - Graphic Designer/Web Programmer. The original thisHero, I started freelance design to help some friends, the endeavour continued to grow slowly through word of mouth, strong customer service and quality design.
I have been designing for print since 1991 with my first job at Kinko's, then moving on to have worked at other print shops, manufacturers and publishing companies.
My web skills go back to the beginning with Adobe Pagemill then Dreamweaver, until I discovered the only way to build a site was by hand coding the entire site. I now build all sites in code, using HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP and Flash with a emphasis on SEO (Search Engine Optimization). I'll admit that there are a lot of web technologies out there and I don't know them all, but that's where networking comes in. Chris, a friend of mine, is my source when sites turn complicated, e-commerce, custom scripting and programming, so with him on my side, no job is too big.
